We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Orchard Care Homes. As a key member of our nursing care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting independence and dignity for all residents.

Main Responsibilities:- To provide person-centered care to our residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
- To assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
- To administer medication, maintain accurate records, and report any concerns or issues promptly.
- To engage with residents in activities, hobbies, and conversations, building strong relationships and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- To work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals, therapists, and other care staff to ensure comprehensive care and support.
