About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide individualized support to children in our care, helping them to build trust, confidence, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living support to children, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with children, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or childcare.
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
Location

This role is based at one of our residential care facilities, located in a beautiful rural setting.
