Job Description

We are looking for a caring, dynamic and highly motivated person to join the team as a Support Coordinator in our Preston Intensive Support Service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our well-established services, which supports individuals with learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will have the commitment and positive values to make a difference to the lives of people living in Preston, Lancashire. The role involves providing care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users

Requirements:

  • A strong commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
