Hiring for a dedicated Housing Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Preston, ensuring a high standard of accommodation and compliance with the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC).

The Role

As a Housing Service Delivery Specialist, you will conduct monthly property inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Your responsibilities will include overseeing onboarding and withdrawal of properties, undertaking minor property repairs within your trained scope, managing customer complaints, and participating in an on-call rota.

Key Requirements
  • A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between properties
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: £26,250 per annum

About the Position

This is a permanent full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be required to participate in an on-call rota every 10 weeks.
