Housing Pathways Support Manager Specialist

Our team at Community Gateway Association is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Housing Pathways Support Manager Specialist. In this position, you will play a critical part in the Homeless Prevention Team, working collaboratively with colleagues from various teams that support individuals housed through initiatives like the Rough Sleeper Initiative (RSI) or The Spires, a 26-bed supported accommodation service.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £38,850 per annum, based on industry standards and location considerations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Collaborate with the Homeless Prevention Team to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting individuals at risk of rough sleeping.
- • Work closely with colleagues from other teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to housing and support services.
- • Provide guidance and support to individuals receiving services, empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
- • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in housing and homelessness prevention.
