About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Specialist to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. This is an exciting opportunity to provide accommodation based support to young people aged 16-24 who require assistance in housing and training needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable client groups, delivering structured support, and completing comprehensive support plans and risk assessments.

About the Client

Our client operates a service that provides 14 self-contained flats for young people. The service assesses those thought to be vulnerable and who may be finding it difficult to sustain a tenancy.

The role of the Housing Support Specialist is to provide accommodation based support, support with living skills, claiming benefits, employment/training, and managing finances and budgeting.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
