Housing Officer Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Housing Officer Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing services, maintaining properties, and supporting tenants in the Northwest region.
About the Role- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all tenancies are effectively maintained and providing support to tenants with their housing needs.
- Ensure all tenants have a signed Assured Short-hold Tenancy agreement (AST).
- Support tenants with Housing Benefit applications and liaise with credit control to manage rent shortfalls.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, working within the social housing sector. We are looking for someone who has:
- A strong understanding of housing legislation and tenancy agreements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £25,420 - £26,976 per year.
