Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role and will be highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules to ensure seamless coordination of meetings and events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives and stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
