About the Role:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and managing budgetary controls
  • Overseeing the home's general enquiries and serving as the first point of contact
  • Managing staff records, including attendance and holiday records
  • Processing payroll information and providing administrative support to the care team

About You:

  • Experience of working in administration or office management
  • Efficient data processing skills and good working IT knowledge
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work to deadline
  • Approachable and friendly personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
