We are looking for an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at Randstad Education in Preston. As an Office Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our school office.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be highly proficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities. They will also be able to provide exceptional support to our staff and students.

In this challenging role, you will work closely with our teachers and support staff to ensure that our school office runs seamlessly. You will be responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous holiday entitlement.

  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
