Employee Relations Specialist

We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As an HR generalist, you will deliver an HR service across a number of sites, providing generalist knowledge across all parts of HR.
Responsibilities:- Develop resources and training for Line Managers to support them with all aspects of Recruitment and People Management, including induction, probation, and performance management.
- Lead on Recruitment and Selection of staff, Induction and Probation, ensuring suitable processes are in place for new employees to have a clear and supportive introduction to their role and receive any identified support through the probation process.
- Provide advice to Line Managers on dealing with minor performance or behavioural issues, in line with relevant HR policies and procedures.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
