Job Description:
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced financial operations specialist to join our team at Agility Resourcing. This is a full-time position that involves managing daily finances, tracking bank accounts, paying invoices, managing staff payroll, dealing with clients, and following payment processes.

  • Manage and monitor bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Paying invoices and bills on time, maintaining good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage staff payroll, ensuring timely payments and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their queries and concerns.
  • Ensure all payment processes are being followed, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Manage employee expenses, verifying receipts and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
  • Attention to detail with error recognition on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and precision in all financial transactions.
  • Computer literacy with familiarity in spreadsheets and related software such as Microsoft Excel, ensuring efficient and effective management of financial data.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
