Financial Services Specialist

ITV is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to join our Pensions Department in Preston. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the payroll and finance operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of critical processes that support the running of our pension schemes.

Your main duties will include:
  • Managing the payroll and finance teams to deliver high-quality services to our members.
  • Preparing and providing timely information to our finance service provider to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitoring expenditure incurred in running our pension arrangements, including professional fees and preparation of information for regular monthly monitoring.
  • Running and reconciling the monthly payroll, including sending the BACS and RTI file.
  • Managing day-to-day interactions with advisers, such as auditors, bankers, HMRC, and internal tax teams.


With your extensive experience in payroll and finance management, you'll be able to demonstrate advanced skills on Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as the ability to manipulate data for analysis and reporting. **Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

**Location:** ITV Preston (minimum 3 days in Preston office per week)
