Payroll and Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Agility Resourcing. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in payroll systems and software.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £17,000 and £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our payroll team, where you will be responsible for the production and maintenance of payroll groups, setting up new starters and recent leavers, and providing a point of contact for associates and other relevant parties.
- You will be required to calculate overpayments and manual payments, reconfigure payroll data, and manage employee expenses and staff credit cards.
- Your tasks will also include distributing final payment run reports, managing returns, and assisting with cash book reconciliation and non-compliance reporting.
- A good level of technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and payroll systems.
- Previous experience in a payroll position, preferably in the UK market.
- Confident communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries from employees and management.
