Payroll Operations Specialist

Carmichael UK is seeking a skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to join their team.
About the Role:We are looking for an experienced individual to manage payroll operations, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work accurately and efficiently, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll data entry, including timesheets and allocation sheets.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and follow up on missing information.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and documents.
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Process staff monthly overtime sheets and maintain accurate records.
- Verify correct booking codes and reconcile payroll accounts.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office.
BSPS clearance and a P4 pass are essential for this role.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
