Job Overview
Agility Resoucing is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Pensions Specialist to join their team in the Burnley area. This role involves processing weekly and monthly payrolls, providing cover for other payrolls, and preparing staff costs budgets each year.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll procedures, including importing timesheets, inputting amendments, and calculating holiday pay. Strong communication skills are also essential for answering phone queries and dealing with wage issues.

In this role, you will work closely with the management team to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages. Your expertise will be valued in implementing effective payroll solutions and contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish.
  • Provide cover for other payrolls as required.
  • Prepare depots staff costs budgets each year.
  • Process holiday forms and payroll amendments.
  • Scan and attach documents into the payroll system.
  • Assist with processing pensions for the group.


Salary Information
The salary for this position is £0 per hour + Depending on experience. With 5 hours worked per week, your annual salary would be approximately £12,000 - £15,600 based on a 12-14 month contract.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
