About the Role:
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, timesheets, and other payroll-related documents.
  • Handle payroll queries from candidates promptly and professionally, providing excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legislation, policies, and procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, timesheets, and other payroll-related documents.
  4. Handle payroll queries from candidates promptly and professionally.
About You:
  • You will possess strong IT skills, particularly with payroll software and Microsoft Office, and be able to meet deadlines effectively.
  • You will have a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle sensitive payroll information professionally.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with 5.6 weeks annual leave, pension scheme, and career development opportunities within the organisation.
