Payroll and HRSS Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HRSS Transformation Specialist to join our team at James Fisher and Sons plc.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in payroll and human resources shared services (HRSS) to take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and expertise in process improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving transformation initiatives within the payroll and HRSS function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of efficient and effective HR business processes that meet the needs of the business.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of benefit programs, plans, policies, and processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to all payroll-related regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Develop solutions to address opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) and HR or related field experience with proven managerial experience.
- CIPD qualified with evidence of continued professional development.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be advantageous.
- An estimated salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
