Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Axon Moore Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of payroll processes within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Process Management: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including wage calculation, overtime, and deductions, to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and security of payroll data and confidential employee information, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Payroll Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit payroll taxes, ensuring adherence to all tax regulations and requirements.
- Employee Support: Provide support to employees regarding payroll-related queries and issues.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve all payroll-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Payroll Experience: Broad experience working in payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Communication and Organisational Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good organisational and time-keeping skills.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to take ownership of your role.
- Technical Skills: Good IT and MS Excel skills.
