Job Title: Payroll and Pensions Specialist

Agility Resourcing is seeking a skilled Payroll and Pensions Specialist to join their team in the Burnley area. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payrolls, including importing timesheets, inputting amendments, and calculating payroll and running payslips.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish.
  • Importing timesheets, inputting amendments, and processing leavers and holiday pay.
  • Calculating the payroll and running the payslips.
  • Completing the payroll journal and monthly reconciliation.
  • Providing cover for other payrolls and preparing depots staff costs budgets each year.
  • Processing holiday forms and payroll amendments, scanning and attaching documents into the payroll system.
  • Assisting with processing pensions for the group and answering the phone and dealing with wage queries.
Requirements:
  • Payroll knowledge is a must, along with the ability to use Word and Excel.
