A high-growth business in Preston is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee and action all aspects of payroll processes within the organisation. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and provide support to employees regarding payroll related queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including wage calculation, overtime, and deductions
  • Ensure payroll is processed on time and accurately
  • Prepare and submit payroll taxes, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities for tax-related matters and inquiries
  • Resolve all payroll-related issues or discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Broad experience working in Payroll
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and time-keeping skills
  • High attention to detail and able to take ownership of their role
  • Good IT and MS Excel skills
