Job Title: Payroll Manager

Job Summary:
Axon Moore is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to oversee and action all aspects of payroll processes within the organisation. The successful candidate will maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and provide support to employees regarding payroll related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll process, including wage calculation, overtime, and deductions
Ensure payroll processed on time
Ensure the accuracy and security of payroll data and confidential employee information
Prepare and submit payroll taxes, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations
Coordinate with relevant authorities for tax-related matters and inquiries
Calculate and raise manual payments where necessary
Resolve all payroll-related issues or discrepancies

Requirements:

Broad experience working in Payroll
Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
Good IT and MS Excel skills
