Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join their team in Preston. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of monthly payroll processes.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in payroll and pension administrations, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures. In addition to processing monthly payroll information, you will also be responsible for reconciling employee budgeting systems and supporting the purchase ledger process.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 22 days holiday and bank holidays. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and checking the accuracy of the monthly payroll and any payroll-related activity.
  • Processing monthly payroll information, including starters, leavers, amendments, salary sacrifice schemes, and payments and deductions.
