We are seeking a Financial Collection Specialist to join our team in the Preston area. As a key member of our Credit Control team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and facilitating settlement of outstanding bills.

Main duties include:

  • Managing debtor's ledger and ensuring accurate classification of clients within the practice management system
  • Checking and issuing monthly statements and reminder letters
  • Cash management, maximising collections, arranging refunds, transferring, and reallocating

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including company pension, 25 days annual leave, life assurance, and income protection.
