We are currently recruiting for a Financial Collections Manager to join our team at Charalle Group in Preston. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in the effective management of our debtors, working closely with Partners and portfolio holders to ensure the efficient collection of debts.

The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

We offer a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes free parking, hybrid working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing debtors, analysing accounts, and preparing statements
  2. Communicating effectively with clients, resolving queries, and negotiating settlements
  3. Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with policies
  4. Collaborating with Partners, portfolio holders, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
