Job Overview
A highly skilled Financial Operations Manager is required by Agility Resourcing to manage key financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the company's accounts. The role will involve credit control, purchase and sales ledger management, bank reconciliations, payroll management, CIS payments, and financial reporting.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar account management or finance role, preferably within the construction industry. Strong understanding of credit control, purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll processes is essential. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly SAGE 50 and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Control: Manage and oversee the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
  • Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger: Process and manage both purchase and sales invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely payments.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Payroll Management: Handle payroll for both employees and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • CIS (Construction Industry Scheme): Manage CIS payments and deductions for subcontractors.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses to support business decision-making and provide insights into financial performance.

Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
