Business Growth Support Specialist

Berry Street, one of the largest independent agencies in Australia, seeks a Business Growth Support Specialist to support the growth strategy of the Berry Street Education Model.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administration duties, including maintaining the BSEM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, data entry, and data uploads. They will also schedule events, send training agreements, and support the delivery of BSEM services.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a training/education setting and/or experience with administrative support. A minimum Cert IV in administration or business-related courses is required.
The salary package includes $19,048.50 per annum (based on a 17.5% loading), which includes superannuation and additional salary packaging for meals/accommodation.
This role offers a mix of hybrid and working from our Preston office. Benefits include regular reflective supervision, a culture that values professional development, access to the Employee Assistance Program, and additional leave loading.
