About the Role

As a Retail Sales Growth Specialist at Field Sales Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and improving brand visibility across our client's portfolio. Working closely with store managers and merchandisers, you will develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and ROI, while also building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and merchandisers, ensuring optimal display and availability of our client's brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to share best practices and leverage collective expertise to drive sales and ROI.
Requirements:
  • A degree in business or a related field, with a strong background in sales or marketing preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective solutions.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
