Strategic Rehabilitation and Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Rehabilitation and Education Support Specialist to join our team at The Growth Company.
About the Role:
- Develop and deliver rehabilitation and employment training programs for individuals and groups within the Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Programme.
- Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and support to participants in planning their course of action.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop resources to support learning.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure participant progress and achievement of program objectives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with offenders, disaffected, and marginalized individuals is essential.
- A warm, approachable, and empathetic style is required to establish rapport and build relationships.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Information Advice and Guidance qualifications would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of National Probation Services and HM Prison environments is advantageous.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, agile working culture, and a guaranteed interview for applicants from ethnic communities or with disabilities.
