Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at RecruitmentRevolution's Carlisle dealership. This exciting opportunity involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day hospitality, and ensuring our showroom remains impeccable at all times.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting and welcoming customers, serving refreshments, and engaging them with our products and services in a relaxed environment.
  • Ensure seamless handovers of sales opportunities by working closely with the Centre team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and attend regular training and meetings to enhance product knowledge.
  • Brief and update sales executives on customer needs, possess a full UK driving licence, and be eligible to work in the UK.
Requirements:
  • A competitive market salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) and good IT and administrative skills.
  • Previous relevant experience within customer services or logistics would be advantageous.
  • Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to training sessions).
  • Maintain a professional and smart personal appearance.
