Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Handover Specialist, where you will be responsible for tailoring personalized handover experiences for customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and deliver accurate information.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and customized experience for every customer.
- Tailor personalized handover experiences, providing comprehensive introductions to vehicle specifications.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, leading up to vehicle delivery.
- Embodiment of the Lexus values, including Customer First, Kaizen, Teamwork and Collaboration, and Quality and Reliability.
About You
- Good level of general education, with at least GCSE English and Maths.
- IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Previous work experience within a corporate environment, hospitality, and/or customer service experience.
- A full clean UK driving license.

- An estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
