Job Description:

As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will work in a busy, customer-focused environment, supporting a diverse team of professional colleagues. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a high-quality service to our colleagues, encompassing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

You will have experience of a full range of HR processes covering the employee lifecycle, of working in sensitive and confidential situations, and the ability to deliver tasks within tight deadlines. This will be underpinned by good organization skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your workload while managing multiple activities.
