Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Analysis Manager to lead our financial operations at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the efficient management of our resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with extensive experience in senior leadership positions within small companies. You should possess excellent analytical skills, advanced computer skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to implementation.

You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will oversee the accounting system, manage staff, and contribute to the development of corporate and annual business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience in senior leadership positions within small companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
