Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial landscape, driving strategic planning, and leading a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CFO to inform long-term goals and objectives, ensuring seamless alignment with the company's ambitious expansion plans.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's growth initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the finance department, leveraging your expertise to drive business performance and improve financial processes.
  • Mentor and motivate a talented team of finance professionals, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, auditors, and legal advisors, to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Finance Director in a large business, with a deep understanding of private equity-backed companies.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
