Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Airway Care Professional to join our Transformation Unit in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in tracheostomies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering tracheostomy education to patients, families, carers, community care providers, and acute clinicians across the region.

This role requires adaptability and a dynamic approach to education delivery in various environments, including patient homes, care homes, hospitals, hospices, GP practices, and remotely.

You will lead on the design and delivery of education resources and training pathways to develop standardised teaching frameworks across the region.

Auditing and monitoring of competencies and education provision will be required to ensure efficacy and maximised impact of this role.
