**Job Title:** Clinical Training Specialist
We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead our tracheostomy education program in Lancashire. As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality education and training to ensure safe and effective care for patients with long-term tracheostomies.
The ideal candidate will have substantial post-registration experience in the daily care of people with tracheostomies, as well as teaching and education experience. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop standardized teaching frameworks and educate various audiences across different environments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on patient safety and quality care. The salary for this role is £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, depending on experience.
