We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to support our thriving two-form entry primary school in Preston. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving educational excellence and promoting a positive school culture.

  • Support the Head Teacher in achieving academic success and driving strategic growth
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our school vision and goals
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment among staff, parents, and students
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve outstanding results

Key Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in education

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
