Primary School Deputy Head Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the challenging role of Deputy Head Teacher at our successful Primary school in central Preston. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Teacher in driving educational excellence and promoting the well-being of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and support staff to improve teaching and learning outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and strategies
- Collaborate with other leaders to promote whole-school improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior leader in education, preferably in a primary school setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
