Primary School Support Staff Wanted in Preston
Teaching Personnel is recruiting a skilled teaching assistant to work in a Primary School in Preston. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to the class teacher and pupils.
Job Description:
- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and achieving educational goals
- Develop and implement strategies to support pupils' learning and development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the development of curriculum plans and resources
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- A teaching assistant with relevant qualifications or experience
- Recent experience working as a teaching assistant in a Primary School or Nursery
- Up to date knowledge of the EYFS/KS1 Curriculum and methods to support this
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Salary: £11.85-£12.50 per hour
