About the Role:
The Ministry of Justice is seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality support to the Deputy Director or Head of Operational Function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the Deputy Director's diary, ensuring efficient time management and coordination of meetings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Deputy Director's diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Screen telephone calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing tasks and responding to queries;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive filing systems, both electronic and manual;
- Support planning and finalizing agendas for meetings, coordinating distribution of paperwork;
- Take minutes at senior management meetings, distributing to relevant parties.
About You:
- You have experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment;
- You possess excellent organizational and communication skills;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- You have a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
