We are seeking a motivated and professional General Administrator/Medical Secretary to join our busy admin department.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent telephone manner, organisational skills, and a calm and flexible approach to the varied demands of the role.

Audio typing and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential. The role involves taking minutes of meetings, covering the reception area, and working independently and as part of the Administration team.

The ideal candidate will understand the responsibilities of working with confidential and sensitive information. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Administration would be an advantage.
