  2. Screen telephone calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing tasks and responding to queries;
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive filing systems, both electronic and manual;
  4. Support planning and finalizing agendas for meetings, coordinating distribution of paperwork;
  5. Take minutes at senior management meetings, distributing to relevant parties.

About You:

  • You have experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment;
  • You possess excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • You have a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
