Administrative Support Lead

The Transformation Unit is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Lead to join its team. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Nutrition and Communication Service (INCS) Leadership Team, ensuring efficient channelling of communication between medical staff, GPs, patients, relatives, members of the public, and other disciplines within the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diary Management: Proactively manage the diaries of the INCS Leadership Team, scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring the efficient use of time.
  2. Meeting Organisation: Organise meetings as required, preparing agendas and taking minutes, coordinating follow-up actions to ensure decisions are implemented.
  3. Minute-Taking: Attend meetings to take accurate minutes and produce/distribute documentation as required.
  4. Correspondence: Accurately produce letters and other correspondence for the INCS Leadership team, clinical teams, and administration team when required.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be flexible in approach, able to exercise initiative, and demonstrate a consistently high standard of professionalism, being aware of the need for confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • ECDL or equivalent experience.
  • RSA 3 or equivalent typing qualification.
  • NVQ Level 3 (business and administration).

The salary for this role is £26,530 - £29,114 per annum/pro rata, depending on experience. The Transformation Unit offers a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career growth.
