">This role involves managing the office, including administrative tasks, supporting HR and accounts, and conducting health & safety checks. You will also be responsible for building relationships with colleagues, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and taking on additional responsibilities such as diary management, booking meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need experience in team management, preferably within a similar industry, along with project delivery and operational system development experience. You must be able to motivate and lead a team, understand daily challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.

">The estimated salary for this position is £31,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time role, working 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
