Support Services Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Consensus Support. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care and support, promoting their independence, choice, and well-being. This may involve assisting with daily tasks, planning and participating in leisure and social activities, and communicating effectively with others.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver high-quality support services to service users, promoting their independence, choice, and well-being
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Plan and participate in leisure and social activities, promoting community engagement and social inclusion
- Communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders
