About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Preston. As an integral part of our administrative function, you will provide essential support to the Head of Office Manager, ensuring seamless operations across the site and project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Head of Office Manager
  • Managing site and project administration, including documentation and records
  • Collaborating with specialist skills within VolkerWessels UK Group business units
Requirements
  • Site/Construction Company experience (not essential)
  • Excellent communication and written English skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Email
  • Strong telephone manner and ability to use initiative
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience in the Procure to Pay Process

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
