Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team in Preston.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a focus on HR administration and advisory support along the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and induction through to exit interviews.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Advisor and Finance Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the HR department
  • Produce contractual correspondence, including offer letters and contracts, reports, forms, and other documents
  • Maintain accurate employee files and records
  • Promptly respond to information requests in accordance with HR policy and procedure
  • Manage outsourced HR system
  • Support effective recruitment and selection campaigns
  • Process all HR aspects of payroll
  • Deliver Health & Safety policy and procedures
  • Review and update policies in line with current legislation and best practice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly skilled administrator with experience working in a busy environment
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Relevant working knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and policies
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise a varied workload

For this position, we estimate an annual salary of £23,000 - £28,000.
