Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Director of Human Resources Development to lead the development of their HR function. This role will be responsible for creating a positive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and engagement.
Job Description
- Develop comprehensive HR strategies to drive business success
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
- Provide guidance and support to senior management and line managers on HR-related matters
- Manage absence control, investigations, disciplinaries, and appeals
- Coordinate annual appraisals and maintain Investors in People accreditation
- Recruit and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with UK employment law
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Generalist HR professional
- Extensive knowledge of UK employment law
- Skillful leadership and management of a team of 4 staff members
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
Location: Preston Head Office (with occasional travel required)
