About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Youth Programs to lead our youth team at The Diocese of Durham. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people and contribute to the growth of our community.

As a key member of our staff team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of young people. You will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in our youth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging programs that cater to different age groups and interests
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of programs

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
