About the Role:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a professional manner. This includes developing good working relationships with both children and young people, as well as other outside agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable young people with complex needs
- Develop and maintain good communicative relationships with residents and external agencies
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a loving, stable environment that promotes positive outcomes and learning experiences
Requirements:
- NVQ L3 / L4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent qualification (preferred or willing to work towards)
- 6-12 months experience within a children's residential setting
- Driver (full UK manual driving licence preferred)
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £11.90 per hour plus a £60 sleep-in rate (2on 4off shift pattern), along with comprehensive training and development opportunities, including paid induction training through Think Tank Academy.
